Monstrous Discoveries

Monstrous Discoveries

Monstrous Discoveries is a feature that mentions books that we have discovered through our sidetracking excursions around the web. While our bookshelves really are not never ending, it is always exciting to share the books we would add if it was.       There is a book called Royals by Rachel Hawkins that just sounds really good. Stranger Than Fanfiction Bo..

Stranger Than Fanfiction Book Review

Hey guys, Jessica here I recently listened to the audiobook for Stranger than Fanfiction by Chris Colfer and it is now without a doubt one of my favorite books. There was a ton of diversity in this such as there is a transgender MC, a gay PoC MC, some side characters of different nationalities. Its about this group of friends that is obsessed with a very popular tv show they all meet up once a week and watch the new episode together and it just reminded me a lot of the time when I would meet up with my friends […]

Top Ten Tuesday: Characters..

Top Ten Tuesday: Characters I Liked in non-favorite Books

Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This week our topic is: Characters I liked that were in non-favorite/disliked books Listed in no particular order. Indigo Montoya from The Princess Bride. He is hilarious and so colorful and vivid but I didn’t like any of the other characters in that book and also wasn’t a big fan of the story itself. Nikolai Lantsov we meet him in Siege and Storm and I liked that trilogy but I much prefer the Six of Crows duology and I am so excited that he is getting his own series. He […]

Our main character Kay ends up receiving an email from the dead girl that basically instructs her to air all of the secrets about people at the school to get them off the class roster. Which basically is helping her figure out who the killed her. Kay is sexually […]
