Short & Sweet: I have to say, I'm a big fan of Napoli's writing and this book did not let me down in that aspect. I loved the tale of a man who once had everything becomes reduced to nothing and even makes a deal with the devil to get back his riches. Along the path though he finds out what true friendship is and how beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
