Plot: I love manga about manga lately. I highly suggest Bakuman to those who enjoy Dramacon. This one is about a girl Christie who goes to a con with her boyfriend and falls for a handsome older guy who only has one eye. Her boyfriend is a jerk and they end up in some iffy situations in which this mysterious guy rescues her time and again. Shutterbox, Vol. 2 was everything I was hoping that it would be. The plot begins to pick up, the secondary characters are more fleshed out… this is exactly what a second volume should be. Megan has returned to Earth briefly before beginning at M.U.S.E. Things are getting a little hectic for her: she realizes that things in her “real” life are not has they appear, and even things with her best friend, Dagny, are a little complicated. Manga Review: Avalon High Coronation: The Merlin Prophecy

Avalon High was a joy to read, yet frustrating at the same time. This is a continuation of the novel of the same name by Meg Cabot. While I really enjoyed the novel, the first volume of the manga series is almost blah. The beginning was really well done. The back story was given, and all the characters were nicely introduced.
